  2. I am a fan. Sorry if this sounds intrusive but please feel free to check out Perankan Museum Singapore easy to find on google. Kebayas sarongs head dresses temples and carvings. I am sure you have enough inspiration but it may be worthwhile, it is part of the tropical culture you seem to be inspired by. Also for some great shots of temple doors etc. check out Keith Yau/(eatsomepic@tumblr.com) or ourmalaysia@tumblr.com. I am peranakan-lady.tumblr.com. (archive)It is a pleasure to meet you. Please don't feel obliged to post back but would be happy to hear from you and will be looking forward to seeing more of your work.

  3. thank you Victoria. I am always looking for new reference, so thank you again. There is a lot of material and beauty waiting to be discovered or enjoyed. Western culture tends to modify color down to grays but the East, in all it's regions, still has a full range of colors that are typically found in the flowers they so adore. for them, colors are symbolic and have harmonies and meaning. Great opportunity for any artist to indulge and contemplate. you are welcome to email me James.Finch@disney.com

    Peace
